I love the colors and textures found in the garden in late October. The helter skelter of purple leaves fallen among the foliage of Japanese Painted Fern, Ladies Mantle, frostbitten ferns and hostas creates an amazing composition of lights and darks, shapes and textures. Where others might see a mess, I see a lovely tapestry. What do you see in your garden?
