Golden Gate Bridge’s remarkably beautiful Southeast Side Gardens overlooking the bridge filled my eyes with plant combinations and filled my soul with textural details. (You know the phrase, “God is in the details”?) The leaf pattern of a plant unknown to me (it could native to South America, South Africa, or Europe’s Mediterranean Sea Area) fascinated and held my attention in a meditative way. If you know the name of this plant, please let me know. In any event, enjoy looking at the moisture drops culled from the fog, dew, or previous rain collected on the unfurling leaf near the flower, the color ,and the amazing pattern composition of leaf edge, stem, void, new leaf scale to mature leaves, and flower.
