I’m at Russells Garden Center in Wayland, MA attending the Winters Farmers Market and posting from there. I decided part of my winter mental survival kit I would seek out a specialty cheese for my omelette each week.
I’ve not been disappointed. I sampled many from different venders. But decided that the Wolf Meadow Farm Cacotta Al Tarufo would be the one I’ll be cooking with this week.
I also found some amazing mushrooms that will be gracing them as well.
Lunch is the Coq au Vin from one of the vendors. Good choice. Delicious!
The photos that follow highlight some of the things I saw.
As a landscape designer, I always have my eye out for interesting pots and outdoor accessories that might delight my clients.
While I didn’t buy the bunny or the lovely grey pots, I did purchase a swag of the bright yellow silk Forsythia to grace my front door and beckon spring!
